Returns and Refunds Policy

Cancellation/Change of Mind

The Buyer must immediately pay to the Company an amount equal to 20% (plus GST) of the Price as a cancellation fee or reimburse the Company for any amounts payable for work done in providing or preparing to provide the Goods and Services to that time, whichever is the greater. If goods are required to be shipped from the customer premises , these shall be at the expense of customer. A tax invoice in this regard will be issued as in relation to this.


Defective Goods

BizOffice will inspect the items and will either replace or repair the items. Defective goods are manufacturing faults and normal wear and tear is NOT considered as defects.
